Flexible payment options

For our 90 days same as cash option, we set you up on a rent to own term and once your building is delivered if you pay it off in 90 days it is as though you paid cash. If you do not pay the building off in the 90 day period, it automatically rolls to monthly payments

Through Old Hickory, our 36 or 60 month rent to own program requires NO CREDIT CHECK. Old Hickory Buildings  require a security deposit plus your first month rent for the rental term. You will get your security deposit back once the building is paid for. You can pay it off early with NO pre-pay penalty. The security deposit depends on the building width. Monthly payments vary
